CANCELLATION POLICY

📅 Cancellation & No-Show Policy To respect the time and effort involved in preparing for each appointment, the following policies are in place: •24-Hour Cancellation Policy Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service to the card on file. •No-Show Policy If a client fails to show up for their appointment without notice, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. •Payment Enforcement By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and authorize the card on file to be charged accordingly for late cancellations or no-shows. Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business. •Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy I allow a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you fail to let me know you’ll be arriving later than 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. This ensures fairness to all clients and helps me stay on time for everyone.
